Testing my connection fails

When testing your connection, an issue can occur for a large number of reasons. First, some general issues can affect the test:

It is possible your Host may have a temporary issue, or that they are carrying out maintenance. Try contacting them, or waiting a few hours and trying the test again.
Internet Connection
You might have a problem with your Internet connection. Try visiting a website with your web browser to test this. You can try restarting your computer or any other networking gear you may have, contacting your ISP, or waiting a few hours and trying again.
Sandvox
It is also possible that there might be some incompatibility between Sandvox and your Host. Try using an FTP client to see if you can connect successfully that way. If so, please visit our support forum to report the issue.
