Host Setup Assistant
The Host Setup Assistant is used to set up how a site is published. It is used both when initially publishing the site, and when making changes to the publishing process later.
Ways to open the Host Setup Assistant:
- Click the "Setup Host" item in the toolbar.
- Choose "Setup Host…" from the Publish menu.
Top Choices
In the Host Setup Assistant, Sandvox offers two main choices for publishing your website:
- Sandvox Hosting
- Alternate hosting: Any other host you can reach via SFTP, FTP, FTPS, or WebDav
If you are unable to utilize either of these, you can also publish (export) the site to a folder on your computer and from there, upload your site using an FTP program.
