Karelia Community Forum
Karelia maintains a web-based Community Forum, where users are encouraged to submit problems, questions, and suggestions. In this web-based community, Sandvox users help other Sandvox users in a timely manner.
To visit the Community Forum when you're working in the program, go to the Help menu and select "Visit Community Forum."
Karelia staff monitor this group to file feature requests appropriately, provide help, and track problems. If you need to contact Karelia Support to obtain a case number and get direct help from Karelia engineers, there is an item for this in the forum's site menu.
