Sandvox is not registered properly
Karelia offers Sandvox as a free trial. (Not applicable for the Mac App Store edition.) The trial allows you to get a feel for what the program can do, but it's not designed for publishing a large site. While running the trial you are free to publish the first 5 pages of your site; all others will be published as a placeholder instead.
To publish the entire site correctly, you need to buy and register Sandvox.
First make sure you have purchased Sandvox. You can do this from within the application, or from our online store. If you pay through the online store, you also need to register Sandvox.
If you are still having issues, try registering Sandvox again as detailed in "Registering Sandvox." If that doesn't work, please visit our support forum.
