I lost my license key. Can you send it to me again?

If you purchased Voice Candy through Potion Factory and lost your license key, submit a request via our license key retrieval system and we’ll get you a copy of the key you need to enter for registration of the software.

Purchases made via the Mac App Store will have their licenses managed through the purchaser’s iTunes account, and we can’t reset or resend that information to you. Just download a fresh copy from the Mac App Store.

What is the latest version?

The latest version of Voice Candy is 1.5.1.

Which versions of OS X does Voice Candy 1.5.1 run on?

It runs on OS X 10.8. If you are running a more recent version of OS X, Voice Candy will not run properly. We do not have plans to update Voice Candy beyond the current version at this time. That doesn’t mean we won’t, it just means it is on the back burner.

Can I still use Voice Candy if I’m running a version of OS X that it is compatible with?

Certainly. If you should need your license code, and can’t retrieve it please let us know.
