Downloading and Installing Sandvox

To download and install Sandvox:

1. Download the Sandvox disk image from our website.

2. If you are using Safari, the download should go smoothly. If you are using Firefox, you may be asked what to do; choose Open with DiskImageMounter. If you are using Chrome, there may be an alarming-looking warning on your window; you're safe to click "Keep."

   

3. Once the disk image has downloaded, your browser will probably open it for you. If not, double-click the Sandvox disk image in your downloads folder (this may well be the Desktop).

   
4. You will be prompted by a license agreement. You must read and agree to this to use Sandvox.

5. If your browser automatically took care of the disk image for you, the disk image will eject itself and you will be left with a copy of Sandvox in your downloads folder like this:

   
6. Drag the Sandvox application to your desired location - usually your Applications folder. This is an especially important step if you had the "disk image" (above).
