Home page won't publish

Everything appears to be working fine...Setup Host runs and is successful....when I publish my page everything shows up properly except the Home Page....I have tried creating a new site and I get the same results. My website is www.OakvilleEnergy.com If you go there you will see a blank screen...if you go to:http://www.oakvilleenergy.com/about-us/
the page pulls up properly! Anyone help?

Thanks. I have selected "Publish All" several times. That didn't work either.

Your www.OakvilleEnergy.com link indeed shows a blank page, which is not surprising, as its source code is:

and that really isn't a lot with which to build a page: basically three forced reurns and nothing else!

Also, the code indicates that it was generated by an application called Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5.0 and not by Sandvox.

Perhasp your Host Setup is incorrect?
