If you examine each page in the Page inspector, are they set to be included in the site menu? I would test options in the Page inspector. If that's not it and you continue to see this issue in 2.0.3, please report it to Karelia Support.

Navigation links not showing up

Only half of the links to my pages are showing up on the navigation bar. Also only one of the grouped menu links are showing up instead of all 12. Im using the latest version of Sandvox 2.02 What can I do to correct this?
