Sandvox Named “Best of 2012”

This just in! Late last week, Apple announced the Mac App Store’s Best Apps of 2012 and Sandvox made the list! This surprise recognition is not something that we prepared for, but we can’t think of a better gift — so we’d like to say “thank you” to Apple, and especially to our customers.

Simply put, we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for your support. We’re so thankful for that, and we’re honored to have Sandvox recognized by Apple and the Mac App Store.

Three things that stood out with customers in 2012:

1. Easy, Automatic Slide Shows
2. Mountain Lion Ready with Retina UI
3. Easier Transitioning from iWeb/MobileMe to Sandvox

New Years Resolutions? Get A Quick Start With Sandvox

Do you have your 2013 New Year’s resolutions ready? As your holidays progress, and thoughts start shifting to the New Year, we want to remind you to think about Sandvox as your trusty helper when tackling those resolutions.

Sandvox can make all kinds of projects easy, and fun to tackle — whether you’re promoting your business, starting a blog, or building a shareable slide show of your photos.

To get you off to a fast start, here’s a simple recipe for creating an animated slide show to share your photos:

• Fire up Sandvox and open the Media browser
• Add a New > Slide Show to your site
• Drag-and-drop photos directly to the slide show area on the page
• Adjust transitions and timing with the Object inspector (command-6)
